Extreme Dance Workout was choreographed by dance and fitness professionals, including pro sports team dancers, professional cheer coaches, and personal trainers and was designed with teens in mind. Our fitness experts and pro sports dancers came together to create an awesome 30 to 45 minute customized combo of cardio, cool dance moves, flexibility, and core strength.
