Teen Tone FAQ’s

When can I expect to receive my DVD?
Teen Tone is shipped in the United States via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which should deliver your DVD within 2-3 days.

What is your return policy?
Teen Tone: Extreme Dance Workout can be returned, unopened, for a full refund within 14 days from the date on your packing slip. Please ship the unopened, undamaged DVD back to the address listed on the shipping label and allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to your credit card or Pay Pal account.

If your DVD is damaged, please return the damaged DVD to the address listed on the shipping label. Please include a note that the DVD is damaged and you would like a replacement. We will ship you a replacement shortly after we receive the damaged disk.

How long is the Extreme Dance Team DVD?
There are multiple segments and options for customizing Teen Tone: Extreme Dance Workout, but in total, the DVD is approximately 74 minutes.

What ages was Teen Tone: Extreme Dance Team designed for?
Teen Tone: Extreme Dance Team is recommended for ages 8 & up. However, anyone using the product should follow the Important Safety & Health Information
included in the DVD package to reduce the risk of injury.
